Your base Heavy Weapons must be at least 370 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Atlan's Alacrity, Honed Control, Incantation of Sword Mastery Self, Might of the Lugians, Epic Sword Aptitude, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Elysa's Sight Activation Requirements: Sword: 370 Spellcraft: 460 Mana: 2000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.
