Speed: Average (40)
Bonus to Attack Skill: +15% (32%)
Bonus to Melee Defense: +15.0%

You must be at least level 130 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Warrior's Vitality, Might of the Lugians, Infected Caress, Elysa's Sight

Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 120, Axe: 250

Spellcraft: 400
Mana: 600
Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds.
