Introduced during the Masked Memories event in October 2007. The shirt is a random reward for killing the Pumpkin Buffer. There are also non-magical variants with a variety of humorous inscriptions, Festival Shirt (Black) and Festival Shirt (Orange). A list of the inscriptions can be found here.
