Foolproof Salvage

Types of Foolproof Salvage that can be acquired from the Alternative Currency vendors:

• Foolproof Salvage (FP) bags of imbuing material are available from Alternative Currency vendors. The benefit of this type of salvage is that unlike normal salvage which has a maximum chance of 33.33% (38.33% with Charmed Smith augmentation) to be successfully applied, FP salvage is guaranteed to succeed.
• For players that have received a Writ of Apology over the years, they can exchange the writs for Foolproof Salvage from a Royal Guard in Samsur.

• The Colosseum Coin Collector will trade Colosseum Coin's for Foolproof Salvage.
  • Route: From Yanshi run due west to 11.3S 37.6E.
  • You can earn 0-4 colosseum coins per run on the Colosseum, random drop in the Grand Casino Chests, and 2 coins per colosseum ring turned in to the Master Arbitrator.
  • Use the Colosseum Recall spell to recall directly to the Colosseum.
• Hisham al-Evv will trade Small Olthoi Venom Sacs dropped by the Paradox Olthoi in Olthoi North for Foolproof Salvage.
  • Route: Take the Far Claw Villas portal at 33.0N, 59.4E near Arwic then run south to 43.8N 54.9E.
  • Use the Paradox-touched Olthoi Infested Area Recall spell to recall directly to Hisham al-Evv.
