- Obtained by handing a Scintillating Gem to Alean the Steel Forger at 18.5N, 62.8E near Eastham.
- Silver Neo-GSC armor can be handed back in for the older style post-patch Greater Celdon Shadow Girth (No level requirements, lower AL and cannot be sharded) and vice versa.
