Portal Storm

The phenomena that caused players to be teleported to the outskirts of a city once it got too crowded. Sometimes this caused them to be teleported out to a dangerous, monster-laden area. Still present, it is most often seen at large outdoor gatherings of players such as the Summoning T'thuun event.
