Quest Overview

• As of the Secrets of the Apostates (May 2009) patch, you no longer need to do the Portal Space Research Quest to gain access to Crystalline Crag. Previously the quest was needed to access the area where the Wisps and kill task NPC are found.

Walk Through

1. Speak to Oorjit at the Crystalline Crag drop.
2. Kill 100 of the following wisps on the Plateau and in the Crystalline Portal dungeon on the Plateau at 17.0S 61.2W. All Wisps and Pillars on the plateau and in the different parts of the dungeon count toward the task.
3. Return to Oorjit for a XP and the title of Wisp Whipper!

Lore & Dialog

Oorjit tells you, "Excellent work in your hunt. We'll find your reports very useful."
You've earned 20,000,000 experience.
Oorjit tells you, "Congratulations! You are now truly a Wisp Whipper."

Oorjit tells you, "It's nice to see that you are so anxious to continue the hunt, however I can not issue another hunt at this time. Please return to me at a later time and I may be able to issue another hunt again at that time."

Notes

• There are far more wisps in the dungeon than on the Plateau. For a mage it would be faster to use ring spells in the dungeon than kill outside on the Plateau.
