• Given by an Army Recruiter when handed a Reinforced Mask Banner with Crest.
• Can be upgraded to an Enhanced Assault Staff by adding a Weapon Upgrade Kit.
• During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Staff to Finesse Weapons, and the base damage upped from 6.5 - 13 to 21 - 42. The Activation of Staff: 250 requirement was removed and the Wield requirement changed from Level: 30 to Base Weapon: 250
