Accessible during the Crests of a Turbulent Sea event only.

When the Controller Doll inside the previous Middle Guard Tower was defeated, a camp spawned outside this tower. At the camp was a Cragstone Camp Commander, when defeated it summoned a portal to the Cragstone Reinforcements Camp, from which the Reinforcements Tower could be accessed.
