At this time we are in the process of issuing direct refunds for any charges to affected accounts above the cost of monthly subscription payment(s). Please note that it may take a few days for these refunds to be reflected on bank statements after the refund is issued; the length of processing time depends on your bank. Once the refund has been processed, your bank can verify the transaction before it shows on your statement. If you need further assistance, or have questions with regards to the refund or any potential related fees, we recommend that you contact the phone number on the back of your bank card.

The Asheron's Call websites & Turbine Account Maintenance site at http://myaccount.turbine.com will be brought down for maintenance on Monday, September 23 from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT). During this time, players will be unable to log into the game or make changes to their accounts. Players already in the games when the sites are brought down will be unaffected unless they log out or are disconnected.

As a special thanks for your patience during the recent service outage, bonus Luminance and XP are on the way! This weekend we will be enabling a 150% bonus to Questing XP and Luminance for quest rewards in AC1 from Friday September 6th through Tuesday September 10th. A second bonus XP/Luminance event is slated for September 20th through September 22nd.

At this time web and AC1 game servers are available. AC2 Dawngsong server is not yet available. Thanks for your patience!
We continue to investigate issues with connection to turbine services. Thank you for your patience! NOTE: Due to web connectivity issues, we advise players to visit the official facebook page for the latest updates. As of 1:11pm we have no ETA for restoration of the services and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Update - We appreciate your patience while we continue to work with our vendors to resolve this issue. We do not have an ETA for the return of the service at this time.
We (Turbine) continue to work with our vendors to resolve the current issues. To prevent further frustrations to players who were logging in only to be disconnected, we have disabled the ability to log into the game for the time being. You may also find that attempts to ping or trace route during this time may fail.
