Notes
- Only a small number of Insatiable Eaters near the end of the Insatiable Vault (near the exit portal). These spawn in specific locations and always drop it, the rest of the eaters in the dungeon can never drop it.
- Does not stack.
- Give to Clemenza in Westwatch for 40,000,000 xp and 2 Trade Note (250,000).
- Give to the Huntsman of Silyun to be flagged for the Chasing Oswald quest. Note that Insatiable Jaws are not typically used for this quest as the less valuable Abhorrent Eater Jaw or Ravenous Eater Jaw may instead be used.
- Give to Fiun Rehlyun at the Fiun Outpost to be flagged for any of the Augmentation Realms and to fight Sir Bellas as part of the Augmentation Gems quest.
