In the first couple weeks of release, when the Inferno mobs near Crater Lake Village missed a thrown attack against a player, the projectile Ball of fire would get stuck in the walls of the crater. While they were stuck, players could pick them up. This was patched rather quickly.
When wielded, the weapon has no visible artwork.
Due to these being destroyed on death, there are very few left across all worlds.
