Notes

  • Shield is Retired and a collectible item.
  • Shield is statues size (very large).
  • Was only available for a few patches
  • Could be turned in (level-specific) for xp at an Arcanum Researcher
  • The weapons/shields were heavy, and when they became undroppable during one patch, people turned them in for xps en masse. This is the reason there are not that many left ingame.
