Killing swarms of Olthoi Hive Soldiers will eventually spawn swarms of Olthoi Hive Mutilators then Olthoi Hive Eviscerators and finally Olthoi Hive Broods. One of the Olthoi Hive Broods in each swarm will drop the Pincer with the following message
