Notes

• Hand a Fenmalain Gem to Gersan the Sureshot in Uziz to receive the bow.
• The bow uses Crystal-tip Arrows and Soulrender Arrows as ammunition.
• Value was reduced during the Should the Stars Fall event to reduce the chance of dropping the bow on death.
• A Small Victory changes:

• Now Unenchantable with Biting Strike
• Modifier changed from +70% to +100%, +8% Melee
• Defender III added
• No wield requirements, Arcane Lore: 10 to activate
