Bonus to Melee Defense: +12.0% Your base {{{Weapon Skill}}} must be at least 240 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Brittlemail VI, Defender VI, Honed Control, Swift Killer VI, Barnar's Boon, Infected Caress Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 170 Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 500 / 500 Mana Cost: 1 point per 1 point per 20 seconds. seconds. In the Come What Follows event (September 2006) three new handles were introduced. The handles can be applied to any Composite Bow or Composite Crossbow. It is highly recommended to use the best Composite Bow possible for these handles. The bow does not need an existing handle to be upgraded.
