Speak to Malrin in Sanamar. He will ask you to kill 50 Coral Golems and return to him.
When you return and speak to him you will receive a PxP reward of 20% capped at Level 60.
You may also randomly receive other rewards; a blue or orange Coral Shield and either the Reef Builder or Reef Breaker title.
