Energy Crystal

From the Preparation for the Ritus quest introduced in Reign of Terror.
There are two Energy Crystals, a blue retired one (dropped by Virindi Grand Inquisitors), and, during the Reign of Terror event, a quest came available by which to obtain a purple one.

Teeming with power, this triangle seems to be carved perfectly, if it was carved at all. Instead it seems to be a perfect pyramid of power. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded, Ivoryable Bonus to Mana Conversion: +10% Your level must be at least 40 to weild this item Casts the following spells: Minor Mana Gain, Minor Creature Enchantment Aptitude, Minor Item Enchantment Aptitude Activation Requirements:Arcane Lore: 100 Spellcraft:200 Mana:1200 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.
