Stance in Lore and Derethian Society

The AC game manual's Lore section indicated that as buying and using lockpicks are frowned upon in local society due to its wide application in thievery, vendors do not openly advertise that they sell lockpicks if they do. Also since even seeking & possessing the tool is frowned upon, anyone who asks where the lockpicks are sold can be met with a hostile response:

Dark Wynd: @tell Christoph Spiritossen, f*** if I know, just find it yourself, don't ask everyone you see about it
