This dungeon can only be accessed by a Portal Gem received from one of the Chosen of Asheron when you give them a Dark Crucible.
Bael'Zharons old lair before he was defeated during The Child of Daralet event.
During the Now In This Hush event, the dungeon was updated with the Blood of the Hopeslayer used in the Sword of Lost Hope Quest. One of Bael's generals, the Black Ferah, remains behind to guard the blood.
Updated during the Into the Darkness with higher level Shadows (originally Panumbrus and Umbris Shadows) and Bile Grievvers.
Lockpick is required for one door at the beginning (max difficulty is 402) and 2 levers must be pulled for the doors before the pit.
Organic sections of the dungeon damage your health when you walk through them:
- The Shadow-twisted organic floor absorbs 11 points of your flesh as you walk on it!

Surface Portal - found at the drop point and at the very end of the dungeon. Drops you at the center of Dereth (0.0, 0.0) next to the Festival Stone of Midsong.
