Skill: Light Weapons (Staff) Damage: 8.71 - 13 (19.43 - 29), Bludgeoning Speed: Fast (30) (0) Bonus to Attack Skill: +5% (15%) Bonus to Melee Defense: +5.0% (15.0%) Casts the following spells: Defender IV, Blood Drinker V, Swift Killer IV, Heart Seeker IV Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 50 Spellcraft: 400 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds.

Notes

• Obtained by handing a Quiddity Ingot to the Crafter of Staves.
• Can be upgraded to an Enhanced Stave of the Quiddity by using a Weapon Upgrade Kit on it.
• During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Staff to Light Weapons, the base damage upped from 8.04 - 12 to 8.71 - 13, and the Activation Requirement of Lore:1 & Staff:200 changed to Arcane Lore:50
