- Use An Empyrean Device to obtain a Faintly Glowing Data Crystal
- Back to Neydisa, and hand in the Data Crystal for some xp and the Empyrean Portalspace Stabilizer
- Talk to the Emissary of Asheron (Ayan Baqur) in Ayan Baqur
- Head to 65.9S, 85.1W near Ayan
- Kill 30 Apostate Virindi Aggressors (level 140)
- Use An Empyrean Device to obtain a Glowing Data Crystal
- Back to Ayan Baqur, and hand in the Data Crystal for some xp and another Empyrean Portalspace Stabilizer
- Note:if you use the Device before killing 30 Virindi, Apostate Rift Aggressors will spawn
