Drunken Madman's Tower

Description

An Empyrean Stone Tower at 53.1S, 61.0E on the ridge of the mountains near Baishi. Also known as "Ridge Tower", at least the portal in Walled Portals names the portal back to the tower as such.
In the early days of AC, it was one of the leveling spots for young toons, before they were ready to perch at the Outside Accursed Halls.

• Run from Baishi, or give Ulgrim some Sake for a direct portal
