The Master Armorers were murdered during the To Raise a Banner of Flame event and unable to create the armor at its original strength.
During the Fever Dreams event, the armorers returned to their former health and could once again create the armor at its original AL albeit different in other ways.
To receive the earlier post-patch GSA hand the armor piece you would like exchanged back to Koga.
Post Patch GSA has no wield requirements, lower AL and cannot be sharded nor dyed. It can, however, be improved with Atlan Stones.
