Marauder's Lair Quest

Quest Overview
This is one of the Whispering Blade quests and you must have first completed Eleonora's Heart and the Knights of Karlun quests.
Walk Through
- Speak to the Grand Mother in Silyun.
- Run southeast to the Marauder's Lair at 83.9N 66.4W. At the end of the dungeon kill the Marauder and loot the Marauder's Jaw. Respawns every couple minutes, each person in group will need a jaw.
- Return to Silyun and give the jaw to the Grand Mother for a title and the Grand Mother's Medallion.

Grand Mother tells you, "Seek this creature out and kill it."
Grand Mother tells you, "Bring me the jaws of this Eater so that they can cause no more sorrow to others."
You give Grand Mother Marauder's Jaw.
Grand Mother tells you, "This is from the beast that killed my grandson?"
The fire in Grand Mother's eyes slowly fades replaced by tears of sorrow.
Grand Mother tells you, "For so long I have waited for this moment."
Grand Mother tells you, "All the old pain and memories flood back into my soul when I look upon this jaw."
Grand Mother tells you, "Bless you soldier of light. You will forever have my gratitude."
You've earned 360,000 experience.
Grand Mother gives you Grand Mother's Medallion.
Grand Mother tries to give you Hero of Silyun Token.
Grand Mother tells you, "If you would help further in the fight against the tyrant Varicci, I ask you to journey to the town of Ayan Baqur and seek out a man named Mekhmet. He will trust you if I vouch for you."
You give Grand Mother Hero of Silyun Token.
Grand Mother tells you, "For your deeds and service to Silyun I shall bestow the title Hero of Silyun upon you. Kneel before me."
Let it be known that <player> has won the approval and support of the people and shall henceforth be called, Hero of Silyun!
Grand Mother tells you, "You have earned my trust, brave adventurer. I would ask you, in the spirit of our alliance with Queen Elysa, to venture to Ayan Baqur and seek out a man named Mekhmet."
