Olthoi North is the area of Northeastern Osteth surrounded by the Lost Wish Mountain Range. It is listed as a level 40-80 hunting area on the Dereth Spawn Distribution Map.
During the Corrupted Sovereigns event, Olthoi North became infested with Paradox Olthoi.

- Drop near Black Death Cathedral: From Hebian-To, take the Arrowdale Cottages portal at 41.4S, 82.1E.
- Drop near Olthoi Brood Hive (60+): From Arwic, take the Far Claw Villas portal at 32.9N, 59.4E.
