Accessible during the Crests of a Turbulent Sea event only.

When the Controller Doll inside the previous Cragstone Advanced Tower was defeated, a camp spawned outside this tower. At the camp was a Cragstone Camp Commander, when defeated it summoned a portal to the Cragstone Middle Guard Camp, from which the Guard Tower could be accessed.

After the Controller Doll here was defeated, the camp to access the final Cragstone Reinforcements Tower appeared.
