Located in Dryreach (8.1S, 73.1E) and Fort Tethana (1.5N, 71.7) on the second floor of the bar. They accept Tumerok Insignia and Gold Tumerok Insignia.
Tumerok Collector tells you, "I am a collector of the golden insignia that can be found with the tumeroks. Bring them to me as proof of your battles against them, and I will reward you."
