Mine Chamberlain tells you, "It's not unstable, we Lugians are excellent builders and miners."
Mine Chamberlain tells you, "We've encountered a new creature deep in the tunnels, some sort of Water Elemental."
Mine Chamberlain tells you, "They're very dangerous to fight with normal physical attacks."

You give Mine Chamberlain Well-Balanced Lugian Greataxe.
Mine Chamberlain tells you, "What is this? This is old..."
Mine Chamberlain tells you, "Where did you find it?"
