Notes

In Shedding Skin the stats were improved, but it was previously undiscovered until after the patch.
The weapon now levels when you gain experience fighting with it and gives bonus spells the higher the level.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from UA to Light Weapons and the spells adjusted accordingly. The base damage was upped from 27.04 - 34 to 28.63 - 36.
