Hebian-To

Hebian-To is the Sho capital. Located in the heart of Sho lands, between Shoushi and Nanto, it has for years been a busteling center of commerce and social activity.

Getting to Hebian-To

Portals to Hebian-To can be foud in Shoushi, Cragstone, and Qalaba'r. Additionally, portals can be found in the Portal Nexus Dungeons of Jungle Shadows and the Abandoned Mine (aka Subway or Hub, depending on server).

In addition to the portal connections, Hebian-To is only a short run SE from Shoushi. Back before the direct portal was added, many adventurer found the first test of their mettle on the road between Shoushi and Hebian-To.
