This is one of two black markets, the other being Northwatch Castle Black Market. This black market is only accessible to those in the in the society which currently controls Freebooter Keep. See Land Control for more information. Also note that you must be a Knight in a society in order to access Freebooter Isle.

The two black markets are similar but have certain differences. The table below compares the two black markets.

Notes

During the Emotions Unbound event, NPCs were added for the 2 new kill task quests (Bayani and Kagami), Legendary Keys (Digby) and luminance gems (Calhoun). The NPC for experience gems (Lormish Littlefinger) was also updated.
