The Gauntlet Bosses are located within the Gauntlet. To access them you must first be flagged by reaching a certain arena in the regular Gauntlet.
Note that you can only enter the Gauntlet Bosses in the society you are a member of.
Gauntlet Bosses drop tokens that can be turned in to the Master of the Gauntlet for rewards. Tokens for the Gauntlet Bosses in the table below are on a 20 hour pickup timer.
