- Count Phainor's Tomb (must be flagged for Count Phainor's Amulet quest).
- Virindi Edifice, part of the Liberation of Uziz quest.
- Queen's Treasury on the Hive Queen Assault quest.
- Masked Preface on Dream Reaver Investigation quest.
- Hidden Treasury on the Halt Dericost Ritual Quest quest
During the Shattered Masks even Legendary Chests were adjusted so players are less likely to get pulled on top of them while looting.
