This particular hellfire spawns as part of [[Lady Aerfalle (Quest)]]. It appears once the [[Tenkarrdun Hellfire]] has been killed and spawns in the very middle of the crater of [[Mount Lethe]]. The [[Blue Fire Infusion | infusion]] can be used to improve the [[Sword of Lost Light]] or may be given to [[Lilly of Glenden Wood]] for 4 million xp.
