| # Use the [[Scrying Rod]] on top of the cliffs. The rod causes a [[Mu-miyah Device]] to spawn and when you use it it flags you (says it shocks you). It will give you a message when you use the rod near an area where the device can spawn. There are at least three locations where the device can spawn and all were on top of the cliffs roughly in the center of the platforms.
