- Found in Aerfalle Keep, only appears during the hard (default) version of the Lady Aerfalle Quest.
- Replaced Lady Aerfalle (135 Creature) during the Old Ghosts event.
- Drops 10 keys.
- Drops Sheets of Paper, one of the biggest lore sources in game.
- Summons Lich Oppressors and Dark Guardians to assist her.
- Dispels, life protects, vulns, heals. Very challenging to kill without several people.
