With the proper power, this could likely be used to create a portal to the nexus it is tied to. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded Bring this to the Ghost of Galaeral to gain access to Lady Aerfalle, who presently resides in her deepest Sanctum. **Be Warned: Only those of great skill (Level 150+) may enter the deepest sanctums and challenge Lady Aerfalle directly. Also, you will need to be in a Fellowship to gain access to the Sanctum. This item cannot be sold.

• You probably need to go down to chest room first, get shard, then return to top and give to ghost, not verified yet. Don't give a dagger to either ghost as it will trigger the easy version and the ghost NPCs will disappear.
