- New allegiance communication features introduced such as allegiance-wide broadcasts, messages of the day, and co-vassal chat.
- Mansions introduced.
- Mansions activated for purchase.
- Members of your allegiance now show up as squares instead of circles on radar.
- You now must confirm whether you wish to accept allegiance requests or not (if you have the options enabled).
- The @allegiance info command was added and the number of allegiance broadcasts the allegiance speaker can make per day has been raised from 3 to 10. In addition, monarchs may now assign speaker status to someone even if they are not currently online.
- Allegiance chat channel introduced.

- Allegiance Bind Stones, Allegiance Officers and Allegiance Ban features introduced.
- Allegiance Bind Stones activated.
- Any character can now swear to any other character, regardless of level.
- If you swear to a character who is lower-level than you, you will not pass up any experience to that character (or the characters above him/her) until that character's level is equal to yours.
- Once you begin passing experience up to your patron (or if you are currently doing so) you won't stop passing experience to your patron, even if you out-level him or her.
- Penalty for breaking allegiance removed.
- The number of accounts that can be added to the allegiance ban list has been increased to 50.
- New allegiance officer ranks and custom officer titles introduced. In addition, officers and monarchs now have many new powers including the ability to chat gag, lock the allegiance and give the allegiance a name.
