Oolutanga, the Tusker King portals you here when you talk to him in his throne room. Defeat the level 900 Tusker Mowen Udaun here, enter the portal and speak to Oolutanga once more to receive your Fabled Tusker Paw and to be flagged to enter the Idol of Wishes portal.
