Notes

• Obtained by handing a Quiddity Ingot to the Crafter of Arbelests.
• Can be upgraded to an Enhanced Balister of the Quiddity by using a Weapon Upgrade Kit on it.
• During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Crossbow to Missile Weapons, and the base damage upped from 20 - 40 to 22 - 44. The Activation requirement of Arcane Lore: 1, Crossbow: 200 was changed to Arcane Lore: 50
