During his reign, the civil war, which lasted for almost a hundred years between the loyalist faction and the alliance of the Lotili and the Bellenni, ended in a victory for the loyalists and 30 years of peace followed. Elous V is one of the few Viamontian Kings who died peacefully in his bed.[1] Possibly the father of Elous VI.
