- Speak to Lou Ei at the North Yanshi Outpost 9.9S, 46.6E.
- She will tell about a band of Drudges that have stolen her bracelet and taken it to a Small Cave nearby at 9.8S, 48.0E.
- Retrieve the bracelet and return it to Lou Ei for some Writings.
- Take the note to Dai Ya the Scholar in Yanshi 12.0S, 42.6E for your rewards.
