New UI and Game Changes

6 New Contracts were added but they released shortly after the actual patch day:
Autumn is here and the changes can been see throughout Dereth.
Festivus!
Spectral Archers that use lightning bows now have matching ammo appearance.
Hand Grenades have had their icons fixed.
Male Tumeroks can now enter the Lost Distillery.
Fixed rewards of Gaerlan's Citadel quests to once again give melee & missile weapons.
Melee critical blow damage reduced for PvP situations only.
Dirty Fighting bleed damage increased from 50/100 (for trained/spec'd respectively) per 20 seconds to 60/120 per 20 seconds.

Gaerlan's Citadel - There is now a new level 150+ version of the Gaerlan's Citadel quest.
Stipends - Level 7 Other Item Aura spells now given by Agents of the Arcanum for the appropriate Spells Certificate.
Monthly Explorer Society Quests
WARNING: These quests are standalone quests, the xp bonuses are strictly handled by the NPCs in Kara, speak to them after finishing to get your bonus. Also your timer for the bonuses depend on when you completed last month's set of quests, speak to each NPC to find out if your timer hasn't expired yet. More details here.

Ansar El-Kerdany: (Monthly) - The Painbringer Quest
Ansar El-Kerdany tells you, "Greetings Adventurer! We believe that the Painbringer must be dealt with."

Ansar El-Kerdany tells you, "Defeat him and bring proof of his destruction to Brighteyes, the Tailor so he is aware of the dangers which exist on that island."
