Stone Fists really does give 50% of the xp towards the next level, capped at level 60 (5,113,441 xp). The chart, as posted, is using the amount of experience required to go from the previous level to the current level to calculate the percentage, which is wrong.

There's a chart of the total xp and xp per level available at <http://ac.warcry.com/content/game_info/skills/levels>. Here's a small sample:

This says to go from level 49 to 50 requires 4,902,151 xp, and to go from 50 to 51 requires 5,271,933 xp.

At level 50, you receive 2,635,966 xp. This is 50% of the xp required to go from 50 to 51: 5,271,933 * .5 = 2,635,966.5.

The chart is using the xp require to reach the current level to calculate the percentage, so... 2,635,966 / 4,902,151 * 100 = 53.77%.
