In order to enter this dungeon you must have given the Blue Face Paint Recipe to Fiun Layeel at least once. After that (when repeating the quest) you can just go right to the dungeon and go in.

There are three lever doors near the end, getting to the first two levers requires getting keys that unlock the lever room doors. These keys drop on undead Falatacot bosses (Patrician Kilkitris and Patrician Phaerix). Once you've gone past the 3rd lever door, there is no way to reopen them from the boss fight area. If there's a risk of someone dying in your party, you may want to leave someone in the lever room past the second locked door so that you can quickly open all three doors if someone dies and runs back.

Note that the Surface portal next to the boss at the end is tiable and summonable, if you do this quest a lot, you may want to tie to it and keep it on a portal mule (also provides fast access to the Northwatch Castle to the south and Master Celdiseth the Archmage to the north).
