- Talk to Torgash at 94.0N 45.9W in the Shattered Outlands
- Route: Run from Eastwatch
- Kill 30 Viamontian Knights
- Return to Torgash, and talk to him
- Go to the 93.5N, 51.4W - Viamontian Knight Encampment
- Retrieve the Vial of strange fluid from the Alchemist Table in the small building far most of the gate (93.5N, 51.7W)- double click the table to receive the Vial
- Return to Torgash, and hand him the Vial for your reward
