Quest Overview

The Shadow Invasion Quest Chain is a series of 7 quests which span the timeframe from the Hidden In Shadows event to the Cloak of Darkness event, culminating with the destruction of Tou Tou. The quests must be completed in order, with all but the last quest in the series being available only "once per character". You must wait out the timer (now 20 hours) for each quest before starting the next in the series.

Somewhat similar to the Faction Quests, there 2 ways to complete each quest in the series, based on which "side" (Isin Dule or Black Ferah/Ler Rhan) you want to help. However you choose to complete each quest has no impact on how you can complete the other quests in the series. It only effects which title reward you will receive for that quest. The 7th and final quest in the series is the only one which can be repeated. You can choose to repeat it for either "side" as many times as desired. There is no title reward for the final quest.

After completing the first 6 quests in the series, you will receive a random title (1 of 6) by talking to Isin Dule prior to starting the 7th quest.

Isin Dule and Black Ferah are used as the quest NPCs for all quests in this series. Below is a table displaying their interaction text based on which quest in the series is the next one to be completed.

Shadow Assault	Stage 5	Siding with Isin Dule; Isin Dule tells you, "This may be one of our last chances to hold back the shadow advances on the town of Tou-Tou. Go there and destroy several of the Shadow Vortex which have moved in around the edges of the town." Siding with Black Ferah; Black Ferah tells you, "We have setup forces at the edge of town." Black Ferah tells you, "Find the Shadow Captain and provide her with any assistance she needs."
Tou-Tou Blockade	Stage 6	Siding with Isin Dule; Isin Dule tells you, "Something strange has happened to Tou-Tou. It has been blocked off by some sort of energy. I feel this will result in awful things. A dark portal has been spotted at the entrance to the town. Investigate this and return to me with what you discover." Siding with Black Ferah; Black Ferah tells you, "Isin Dule's forces left with their tails between their legs."
