Quest Overview

After Completing Stage 6 the Tou-Tou Blockade you must wait 13 days before you may begin Stage 7 the Stop the Rebuilding.
Aid Isin Dule by killing 4 Shadow Engineers or aid Ler Rhan by collecting 4 Attunement Devices.
This is a once per character quest and is Stage 7 in the Shadow Invasion Quest chain.

Isin Dule Walk Through

1. Go to Arwic and talk to Isin Dule (twice). He will tell you to go kill 4 Shadow Engineers.
2. Run from Tou-Tou to The Shadows at 29.5S, 94.2E.
3. Inside The Shadows you will find the usual shadow spawns in addition to Shadow Engineers throughout the dungeon. There are 4 different Engineers within the dungeon, however, they all have the same title.

The fourth engineer is found at the bottom of the cave at 28.9S, 96.1E (near Tou Tou). However, killing it, and the three engineers listed above, does not complete the quest. Isin Dule says I still have to kill all of the engineers...

Sneux says, "+ is there a problem with the isin dule quest? me and dak looked for 3.5 hours for the fourth engineer"

+Turbine Noworries says, "No Sneux it works just fine and people have completed both sides. I wouldn't go by what someone wrote on the player wikkii, that information is very wrong."

Seems like Ler Rhan is the only one who gave any clues. Isin Dule said to kill 4. There are 3 caves around Tou Tou so I would imagine its 1 in the shadows, and 1 in each of the caves. (Will confirm when home from work, or if someone can now?)

Ler Rhan Walk Through

1. Run through The Shadows at 29.5S, 94.2E to reach Ler Rhan
2. You will be instructed to pick up four "Attunement Device" items - one within the crystal room inside The Shadows and the other three within "caves around Tou-Tou."
3. The first one, the Attunement Device, is within The Shadows is at ??.
4. The second, the Attunement Device Gear, is in the cave at 29.0S, 96.1E. Take the first left down.
5. The third, the Attunement Device Bolt, is in the cave at 27.4 S, 95.3 E.
6. The Forth, the Attunement Device Spring, is in the cave at 28.3 S, 96.9 E.
7. Return to Ler Rhan and hand over the Attunement Device Bolt for rewards. Note, Ler Rhan won't accept the other items.

Isin Dule tells you, "The shadows do not accept defeat easily."
Isin Dule tells you, "My scouts have informed me that the shadows have sent out engineers who are collecting pieces of the Attunement Device Ler Rhan used to bring the Void of Bael'zharon to the surface."
Isin Dule tells you, "If they succeed in retrieving those parts and building the device, we may not be able to defeat him a second time."
Isin Dule tells you, "Destroy all 4 of the engineers before it is too late."
