You must complete the Shadow Assault quest and then wait 13 days before you may begin this quest.

Aid Isin Dule by investigating a new portal that has appeared at the entrance to the town of Tou-Tou

Walk Through

Isin Dule's Task

Speak to Isin Dule at 30.3S 94.8E in Tou Tou to begin. He will direct you to investigate a new portal that has appeared in the town.
Enter the Shadow Vortex nearby at 28.9S, 95.46E.
Kill 5 of the towns folk (Bai-Nu Ru the Weaponsmith, Armorer Xao Fen, Rou Beh the Bowyer, Jeweler Lo Dai-Ou, Mi Chi the Barkeep, Healer Rili Sou) and 10 of the shadows.
Return to Isin Dule and speak with him for your rewards.

Black Ferah's Task

Flag with Black Ferah outside the Summoning Cave at 29.2S 95.8E.
- Warning: Speaking with Black Ferah will flag you for a version of the Shadow Vortex filled with Soldiers instead of Shadows and without attackable NPCs. In otherwords, you will be locked out from doing Isin Dule's task.
Enter the Shadow Vortex nearby at 28.9S, 95.46E.
Kill 15 Soldiers inside the dungeon.
Return to Black Ferah for your rewards.
- Warning: Don't complete the task with Ferah unless you definately want to end the quest line with Ferah instead of Isin and receive the title Soul Siphon.
